The process

The process is simple as with the troubleshooting and setup which is pre planned before your appointment and captured during the free 15 minutes consultation with me.

1. Customer books a free consultation via Calendly. This allows me to better understand your problem and research solutions before our appointment.

2. Day of appointment - If there are any recommendations to purchase parts, I will let you know in advance before the appointment so that you can keep it ready on the day. 

3. Use of Google AI and Google lens to research solutions before hand.

4. Once the job is complete, I accept payments via card and cash. (Fun fact, you can pay by tapping your card at the back of my phone.) The invoicing is done transparently and honestly so you know exactly how much you are paying. If you are concerned, I can also send through a payment link to your phone or email which can be used for payment. 

5. That's it!
